Sometimes, this means modeling and "doing" things by example. ⭐️ Coaching style of leadership is one that seeks to motivate, inspire and help others to become the best version of themselves. Here are some leadership styles that I see CEOs and executives using every day that lead to high-performance and bottom-line results: I also find that often, one style seems to resonate more. I find a lot in my work that every person is unique- some will exhibit only a few of these leadership styles, while others will adapt and modify their approach to each situation.
